'The staff are 5.star, very kind and warm. But don't expect fast food service. The staff are professionals. The coffeeshop serves.good selection of coffee.and teas, snacks. The dining room, with breakfast buffet and àla carte menu.offers. value and quality food. The front office staff is also. Very efficient and allowed late.check.out.'

'印尼人的不靠譜程度在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。訂了2晚，但中間間隔了幾天。結果第一次入住，凌晨三點到店，告訴我沒有放假了，沒有收到我的預訂，打攜程客服，前台又找到了，但花了半個多小時才辦理完，躺倒床上都凌晨四點了。第二次入住説我衹預訂了沒有付費，需要付錢，我拿着訂單説明明已經prepaid了，又找攜程客服。結果説是因為攜程提供的扣費銀行卡酒店不會操作，導致酒店沒有扣成？！真服了，兩次入住，三個前台，沒一個明白人。好在攜程客服服務非常非常及時，雖然沖客服發了兩次火，但感覺主要還是印尼人不靠譜，服了。'

'화장실에 나방파리 같은 작은 날벌레들이 방으로 날아들었고, 작은 바퀴벌레까지 나왔습니다. 침대 시트도 너무 낡았는데, 직원을 불러 몇 번 교체를 요청했지만 가져다주는 시트마다 얼룩이 있어서 결국 그냥 사용할 수밖에 없었어요.'

'1. 그저께부터 객실 내 카드 사용에 문제가 있었습니다. 로비에 가서 카드를 여러 번 긁어야 사용할 수 있었습니다. 오르락내리락하는 것이 매우 번거로웠지만, 눈치채지 못하셨습니다. 2. 어제 객실 카드는 이 문제가 계속되어 3층에서 15층까지 세 번이나 카드를 긁어야 했습니다. 매우 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 3. 오늘 객실 청소는 하지 않았지만, 누군가 방에 들어왔을 것입니다. 저는 아무것도 하지 않았습니다. 4. 오늘 오후 6시에 호텔에 돌아왔을 때, 키 카드가 계속 작동하지 않았습니다. 저희 둘이서 3층에서 15층까지 네 번이나 긁었는데, 엔지니어가 와서 배터리를 교체할 때까지 키 카드가 작동하지 않았습니다. 그 당시 저희는 다이빙을 막 마치고 돌아와 짐과 피로, 젖은 옷을 가지고 방을 사용해야 했는데, 방에 들어가는 데 45분이 걸렸습니다. 정말 최악의 경험이었습니다.'

'As already commented by other guests, the hotel is in dire need of major renovations. I'm sure it was a grand hotel in its heyday. What need to be changed in the rooms ? Well, just about everything; furniture, bed, bathroom tiles, sink (there are always little cockroaches running around in it), shower with no hot water even after I informed the staff, television, cupboard with musty smell. The good thing about this hotel is its convenient location, and very professional and helpful staff. I read many reviews about no air-conditioning, old bedsheets and towels. Fortunately, these had been addressed by the hotel when I stayed there. They had chiller problem which had been addressed, and bedsheets and towels replaced. All in all, it was value for money.'

'Jam check in 14:00 , saya tiba jam 17:00 kamar belum ready. 18:00 1 kamar ready dan kamar yg lain ready di jam 19:00. Di kamar mandi tdk ada handuk kecil untuk wajah.'

'호텔은 괜찮은데 서비스가 너무 안 좋았어요. 체크인 시간이 3시라서 3시에 도착했는데, 도착해 보니 아직 체크인 안 한 사람들이 잔뜩 있어서 정확히 5시 20분에 체크인했어요. 다행히 늦은 체크아웃에 대한 보상은 받았어요. 다음에는 경영진이 개선되어야 할 것 같아요.'

'호텔은 항구에서 멀지 않습니다. 도시에 이 이름을 가진 호텔이 두 개 있다는 점만 고려하면 잘못될 수 없습니다. 방이 작아서 가방을 놓을 공간을 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 하지만 깨끗하고 모든 것이 갖춰져 있고 작동합니다. 침대는 편안하고 에어컨은 조절할 수 있습니다. 우리는 잘 잤습니다. 문제없이 서비스하세요.'
